On December 11 Commander's Decision on State Border Guard (2019) was adopted in Border Guard Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. The managerial staff of Border Guard Troops and their subordinate subdivisions were involved in the council. Deputy heads of Commander delivered a speech with suggestions on State Border Guard (2019). As a result of council Colonel Vaghinak Sargsyan, Commander of Border Guard Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, adopted Decision on State Border Guard (2019).
