On 29-31 October the representatives of the Border Guard Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia visited the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia according to the joint plan of action (2018) on issues of the Border Guard Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia and Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
During the visit the sides exchanged experience and discussed a number of issues related to international cooperation and program management. Then the Armenian border guards were accompanied to the land border protection department ''Tsiteli Khidi'' (Red Bridge) of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia where the possibilities and means of protecting part of the border were displayed.
